By accessing or using Pakiter, you agree to these terms and commit to following the rules established to ensure a safe, transparent, and collaborative experience for everyone.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Pakiter’s services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Pakiter is a digital platform that connects people who want to send packages with travelers who have available space in their luggage. The app aims to facilitate urgent deliveries in a collaborative way, especially on international routes.

3. User Registration and Responsibility

• To use Pakiter, you must register by providing truthful information.

• You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential.

• Creating multiple accounts or providing false documents is strictly prohibited.

4. Proper Use of the Platform

• You agree to use Pakiter in a legal and ethical manner.

• Sending or transporting prohibited items (such as drugs, weapons, illegal goods, dangerous materials, or anything that violates local or international laws) will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to authorities.

• Pakiter reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts involved in suspicious behavior, fraud, or misconduct.

5. Relationship Between Sender and Traveler

• Pakiter acts as a technology intermediary and is not a party to the agreement between sender and traveler.

• Responsibility for the package (its integrity, legality, and delivery) lies with the involved sender and traveler.

• Pakiter recommends both parties use the in-app chat to coordinate details and keep a record of their communication.

6. Permitted Items and Content Declaration

• The sender is required to declare the contents of the package.

• The traveler has the right to refuse to carry an item if they suspect the contents or feel there is any risk involved.

• In the future, a security seal provided by Pakiter partners may be used to ensure the package’s safety and sealing.

7. Payment and Guarantee

• Payments are made through the in-app digital wallet.

• The amount is only released to the traveler after the sender confirms delivery.

• In case of a dispute, Pakiter will act as a mediator and may temporarily withhold the payment until resolution.

8. Ratings and Reputation

• After each delivery, senders and travelers can rate each other.

• Ratings are used to build trust within the platform.

• Pakiter may remove ratings that violate our terms (such as those that are offensive, false, or manipulated).

9. Changes to the Terms

Pakiter may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified, and continued use of the platform implies agreement with the new terms.
